My new look!

Hi Everyone,
This post is non-craft related but I just had to share my new look! Last weekend I got my hair CHOPPED off. I was growing it out to donate to Locks of Love and I finally got to the point that it needed to go. It was truly driving me nuts... I am so happy that it is shorter again. My aunt is a hair stylist and works for my mom who owns a salon (does that make sense?) my mother was busy the day I wanted it cut but my aunt had an opening. She was shocked I was not nervous about getting it cut off but then she remembered I am a hair stylist's daughter and have been a guinea pig my whole life! Below are the before and after shots. If you have long hair and are thinking about getting it cut or have hair that grows really fast you should check out the Locks of Love site :)
Have a great evening everyone!
Tara
And I wasn't even trying to make it look bad LOL

How is it that it always looks good after they style it?! Wouldn't it be nice to just have a stylist on call for those bad hair mornings (I've tried it annoys mom...lol)

Below is one of today. I think I am doing an okay job styling it myself. Yay me :) As you can see the curls have come back...I figure just embrace it!

Wonderful hair cut. Looking good. Both my daughter & I had our hair cut recently. I get mine cut only once a yr if that and it does not grow very long. On the other hand my daughter had not had her hair cut in 2 yrs and she was able to donate her locks. Colored my hair the lightest shade of brown with Loreal product and my dog noticed my hair color change before my hubby noticed. Heehee.

WOW! That's a lot of hair! LOL It looks pretty shorter on you.... Like the new style! And I totally agree that it would be nice to just call my stylist anytime to get my hair to look fabulous! LOL She said sure once to me and then laughed sooo I wasn't sure if that meant YES or NO! LOL

Your new haircut looks great, Tara! What a special thing to do too, I did it once a long time ago. Haven't let my hair grow enough to do it again, I like keeping it the length or a little longer than you have it now.
