I called Provo Craft tonight to see what kind of progress was being made on my new cricut getting back to me. (I called Monday and there was nothing showing up on my account yet, but I was ensured that if I called back Wednesday there would be something there with a tracking code/etc.) Guess what? Nothing... they seem to have lost my order completely!!! Honestly, do they just all despise me at this point? How can one person have such bad luck with a company. I am seriously considering looking into a Slice machine.

Oh and P.S. there is also no record of them sending me a Rock Princess cartridge with my new machine.....I feel they should be doing that and more at this point!
